Latin School of Chicago is an independent, co-educational day school serving approximately 1,189 students in junior kindergarten through twelfth grade. The school’s mission is to provide its students with a rigorous, innovative educational program in a community that embraces diversity of people, cultures and ideas.

A presence on Chicago’s North Side since 1888, Latin welcomes students from throughout the city and its suburbs. The school awards nearly $4 million in financial aid annually and a student/faculty ratio of 9:1 ensures that every student receives the personal attention needed to succeed. Typically, 100 percent of Latin graduates go on to college.
