Hyde Park Day School Alumni Speaking

One way that we like to connect with our HPDS alumni is to invite them to speak at some of our events, particularly our annual fundraising gala and our spring graduation ceremony. This past spring, our graduates heard from alum Shoshana Goldman. Shoshana told our 8th grade graduates about the lessons she learned during her time at HPDS, and how those lessons helped her reach her educational and career goals. But Shoshana’s connection to HPDS goes deeper than only being an alum. She is also the daughter of Chicago campus teacher Ms. Goldman! Recently, Ms. Goldman has been teaching the Chicago 7th/8th grade class, so at the 2023 graduation ceremony, she got to watch her daughter speak and inspire the students she had worked with over the past two years to go forward and follow their dreams. At HPDS, we really are one big family!
