Come together with educators from around the city and beyond to enhance your pedagogy in an energized, intimate and transformative learning community! The Parker Summer Institute offers professional development experiences designed and facilitated by Parker faculty with common themes of:

  • Prioritizing student voice and agency
  • Cultivating student curiosity, self-knowledge and development of expertise
  • Centering community and the social motive of education

Each session is unique and dynamic and will engage you in meaningful work alongside other talented and devoted educators. Expect learning to be discussion-based, active and immediately applicable to your classroom teaching, with time for reflection, field trips and more.
