We will be discussing the following topics and possibly others.  

  • Retention committees and tracking systems
  • Rubrics and assessment tools 
  • Financial Aid
  • Recruitment plans and strategies for 2024-25 season 
  • Admissions teams – ways to build them/management up and down 

If you are interested in helping to prepare and/or moderate any of these topics please let me know and we can connect next week. Lastly, if you plan to attend, please respond to Annessa Staab, sharing the number of attendees and any food allergies/dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.  We will provide food and beverages for the day.
